Raising the Standards

Such a great company! Their cleaning team is incredibly thorough and consistent, always leaving my place spotless. The attention to detail is impressive, and I appreciate the reliability they bring with every visit. A special shout-out to Dan, the owner, who manages the business exceptionally well. His dedication to quality and customer satisfaction really shines through in the work his team does. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and the standard of service provided. Highly recommend Swept Space to anyone in need of top-notch cleaning services!

On time every time. Never a complaint. Even do windows and carpet cleaning. A quick dry method , that is great for getting homes for sale. We use swept space for all of our jobs. Great stuff

A large and costly part of our recent house renovation was the installation of wood floors throughout. Our new floors were allowed to be covered in paint spatter and drywall mud and dust, making them look old and shabby. Fortunately, Daniel and his team came to our rescue and were able to bring them back to life. We are very happy with Israel and his crew and their efforts to satisfy. We would highly recommend Swept Space for genuinely great customer service.

Lovely and professional. They were very timely and came in under budget. Will definitely use again!

Great experience working with Swept Space to clean my apartment when I moved to a new location, well trained and personable staff, highly recommend!

I'm an apartment building manager and I had swept space do the entire building carpets, they did an excellent outstanding job. The building looks brand new. And a special shoutout to Jose who cleaned one of my vacant apartments. Great job. Thank you. I will continue to use these guys.

There is not enough "Space" to write about this company. The professionalism and knowledge by the Owner and his Team exceeds all expectations.

Attention to detail is where this company exceeds and no job is too small. I recommend this company if your looking for office, home, and even after construction clean up. They are amazing.

Thank you for all your hard work!

We are happy to have found Swept Space to clean our medical office.  The quality of their work and exceptional customer service is impressive.  We highly recommend this company.

Swept Space is a great cleaning company, the service from its managers and supervisors is extraordinary, its workers care about delivering impeccable work, experts in floors, carpets, post construction cleaning and everything that really needs to be clean like never before. the best in the city without a doubt.

As a newcomer, you always look for a nice and challenging job, and having the opportunity to be part of a growing company is great because you can also grow with them. Finding a company whose values and attitude of the Managing partners are like mine was a huge plus.

Excellent cleaners that were on time and did a great job with our move out clean! Would definately use them again!

Amazing experience. Our shop came out looking brand new. Prompt reply and the crew showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Highly suggest.

Always willing to go the extra mile and ensure that your building cleaning requirements are met . Excellent cleaning staff employed.

We use Swept Space for our office cleaning.  Great company

I am a Real Estate Agent and delivering a professionally cleaned home is a MUST. Swept Space Cleaning is awesome! I have had so many disappointments in the past where counter tops, or the inside of appliances was missed. Swept Space Cleaning always delivers a perfect job by ensuring all these areas are cleaned. Their communication and professionalism is also the best by keeping me updated on their schedule and completing rush jobs. Trusting my vendors is always challenging as it creates part of the customer experience I deliver. This is one area I can always trust to be delivered perfect. I would recommend them to any business who needs their space cleaned perfectly!

Swept Space was very thorough and exceeded our expectations. It was the best cleaning service I’ve had! The owners are very professional and friendly and the cleaning team was excellent. They worked very hard and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for your services Swept Space.

These guys are amazing. Daniel is attentive, friendly, and caring! Highly recommend.

This is 1st class company. My place looked and felt like a sanctuary after they cleaned. I am so happy with the experience

Dan is the man. Great attention to detail and customer service. Easy to deal with and reliable!

I've worked with the owners at Swept Space in a coaching and consulting role for many years. I have a lot of experience with owners and feel like I have a good feel on when a business has the right type of leadership that its a 5-star company worth working with.

Daniel and Lucas have great connection with meaningful values and mission and a dedication to building a great business. They are professional entrepreneurs concerned with building a structured business that can consistently deliver on promises to clients and employees.

I have used Swept Space numerous times, from bi-weekly residential cleaning to a complete move-out clean, and have been impressed with the outcomes. The owners are prompt and professional. Their staff are amazing, and clean exceptionally well. I have and will continue to recommend Swept Space for anyones future cleaning needs!

How is there a one star rating?! That’s absurd. Swept Space went above and beyond with cleaning my house. I found their services very professional and the cleaning is at an even higher standard than my own. The owners are very prompt at responding, great at communication and their cleaners do amazing work. I would highly recommend Swept Space to anyone, as they are trustworthy and reliable. I’m extremely pleased with the services and I will continue to use Swept Space for all my cleaning needs.

What can I say?

I was a reluctant and picky customer who was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of this small company.

I wanted the job done once and right- 5000 square foot character home to sparkle for an unexpected move out.  This was a tall order considering my standards and the hurried nature of the timing required. The house had multiple kitchens, bathrooms, character detail, woodwork, hardwood flooring, carpets to be cleaned, types of windows... the list goes on and on but the mission was beautifully accomplished.

Swept space came recommended through a local property management company as the dream team and I can now see why... they are simply excellent. The property management company obviously deals with lots of customers, cleaners and move outs so I trusted their opinion as I did not want nor have the time to clean a 2nd time (this has happened with previous move outs and weekly cleaners sadly!).

I had initially planned to be there every second of the day to ensure a deep cleaning job was done not just a surface clean (did I mention I was picky) but after the first hour I felt comfortable and confident in their skill level and dedication to the job to leave them to their work. I did check back unexpectedly a couple of times and always found them hard at work. The cleaners were a delight to deal with and literally sang while they worked. The house sparkled and I did not even feel the need to check every nook and cranny as I 100 % trusted the quality of their workmanship. This says something for a type a person like me!.

I actually needed to go back twice in the next couple of days for mail and was amazed each time at the quality of their final results. It was a delight to just see their efforts and admire their hard work. These folks CLEANED and are a credit to their profession!!! I can say at last that I have found a cleaning company I plan to continue to use when I am in need of a second set of hands to maintain my new home not just for spring cleaning and move-outs. It's a relief to find someone who will care for your home as though it was their own.

I can't thank them enough for their job well done and making my unexpected move out go smoother than I could have dared hope. I'll be in touch to book again at my new place once I'm unpacked!

Amazing company, true to their word and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend

The best cleaning business in vitoria they heard all my requests and they made them happened.

Hired Swept space to clean an apartment I was finished renting. They were timely and courteous - and the result was very good. Would have no hesitation in hiring Swept Space again or recommending them to others for cleaning jobs.

Swept Space is a fantastic company to work with. I have used their services personally and professionally and have never been disappointed. They also have an amazing management team!

After job was done did a walk through and looked fine, but when I did the final walkthrough with the owner of the property they showed me everything missed. So sadly I paid the company for their job and had to again pay the owner for cleaning missed. Amended - The company is coming to work on completing the clean to the land lords expectation. Very considerate!

Ian is fast, efficient and friendly. We used to spend $25 per hour on our old cleaner. Ian is more expensive per hour but he does more in one hour than the old cleaner in two. The house is cleaner at a price that ends up lower per week.

Not the best job missed lots

Great company!

Swept space cleaning does an amazing job. Not only are the thorough, and leave everything spotless, but the owners Dan and Lucas are super friendly, professional and lovely to work with. Their staff are all amazing as well, polite, cheerful and wonderful at their jobs.

We hired Dan and his staff to clean CedarTree Dental and are very impressed! After the first visit it was noticeable that our space had been thoroughly cleaned and everything was neat and organized. Highly recommend their services.

I have been SO happy with Swept Space. Fabulous communication and customer care, excellent knowledge of covid safety protocols, and exceptional service with both medical office and home cleaning.

I hired Swept space to do a move out clean of my rental apartment when I purchased my home. I had gotten quotes from other companies for cleaning and for carpet cleaning. These guys were able to do it all in one day. They matched the best price I had gotten for carpet cleaning and gave a reasonable quote for the rest of the cleaning. They were courteous and professional at all times with great communication, always on time and did excellent quality of work. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.

We hired Swept Space to clean our home prior to listing it for sale. Lucas was really responsive and flexible with the timing, which helped immensely when we were coordinating so many things last week. Heather arrived right on time and must have worked extremely hard to get our place looking cleaner than when we purchased it. My wife was blown away when she saw it. The value that we received was incomparable to other services we've contracted in the past. I'm so glad we decided to bring in Swept Space instead of attempting a deep clean ourselves.

We've been using Swept Space for months now and couldn't be happier. The team has always been super responsive and the work is perfect every time. It's so hard to find a good cleaner in Victoria. So happy we found this company.

Had Swept Space come by to clean my place for a move out clean. All I can say is wow. From start to finish they did a great job. Dan the owner did a walk through with me after it was completed to ensure my satisfaction and the cleaners were friendly and cordial. Overall I would highly recommend.

Swept Space has been great to work with! With Shack Shine we do not do interior space cleaning, and Swept Space has been our go to referral source for our customers. We have heard nothing but great things, and they've never let us down! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a professional, and top quality service for interior cleaning! Thanks guys!

We switched to Swept Space Inc. cleaning last year...great people, prompt. pleasant and priced right. Our place has never been so clean.

Absolutely amazing team! Hired them to deep clean the house I was moving out of so the new tenants would have a extra clean space to move into and swept space delivered! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you again guys!

I didn't really expect much from a young guy but he came highly recommended by a friend so I hired him to clean our house and was more than impressed. Dan clearly cares a lot about doing a great job and he worked around my hectic schedule. Will definitely use Swept Space again! Thanks for the excellent work!!!

Strong communication and good quality of work. Special thank you to Daniel who makes a conscious effort with his team to go above and beyond each trip. Would recommend!

Super thorough job! Easy communication and timely service. Will definitely work with Dan and his team again.

We've worked together with Swept Space on a number of job sites and we have always been impressed with the quality of their work, staff and attention to detail. You won't be disappointed in hiring this team :) Thanks guys!

All I can say is Wow!!!! Prompt, fast, polite workers... a professional job all at a great price...nice to see you can still get service like this these days - no hesitation to recommend Swept Space Thanks for fine work guys!!

The company is all-round very good. From the initial meeting with Dan, right through to the end cleaning result. We definitely are comfortable using your cleaning services and will use you again! Thanks to the caring and conscientious cleaning staff for an excellent job!

Very happy with Swept Space! We've had them cleaning our office for quite some time now and will continue recommending them to friends.

Thanks to Swept Space , I love coming home to a clean home and a fresh smell! The team does wonderful work!

Way to go Dan, I can eat off of these floors! I'd have no problem recommending you.

Thanks for the great job Swept Space! I won't hesitate to recomend your services to my friends as well as my own customers!

Very thorough and efficient. I hardly knew they were in the building, very quiet and respectful. Allowed me to work undisturbed while they cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonableness of the cost! An excellent experience!!!

I have to say that working with Daniel and his team has been so easy. Super accommodating and clear communication can really put my mind at ease knowing that we are being taken care of very well

Dan and Swept Space have done a fantastic job cleaning and keeping our properties in order. As a property management company, we encounter units needing all degrees of care. From post move out cleans to monthly maintenance Dan and his team have been timely, reliable and affordable.

My place was over run with pet smell from a roommates dog, (puppy training, mess + carpet = bad times) so when he left I had to get the smell out. I tried everything I could think of, but the stains and smells remained, it was brutal honestly. I hired Swept Space cleaning and WOW! I didn't even know the carpets were that colour! (Gnarly I know) Swept Space even did the couches too. My house just feels brighter, 10/10 would recommend. Had a consult and within 24 hours they were taking care of everything. Great service, really friendly, and great work. Get your place cleaned by Swept Space, you have no idea the impact they make!

Dan and his team at Swept Space have been a joy to work with. I love coming home to a clean house and never have been dissapointed since hiring them. I’ve used a lot of different cleaning companies and private providers, but none compare to the quality and consistency I have found at Swept Space. And their reasonable rates make it a win/win. I highly reccomend you check them out!
