Luz, originally from Colombia, boasts 20 years of expertise in the Insurance Industry alongside 3 years in the Cleaning Industry. Holding a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Victoria, a Master's in Business Administration from EUDE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a Diploma in Finance from Sergio Arboleda University, she brings a comprehensive academic background to her career. Specializing in Outsourcing and Projects, she continually seeks innovative avenues to nurture talent, implement streamlined quality practices, and embark on new business ventures and projects.
